3. Lawful Basis for Processing Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, we process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to give you the course you paid for) and Consent (for marketing communications).

Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. Membership & Access By subscribing to a Pass (Beginner, Growth, or Mastery), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for the duration of your plan. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban without refund.
2. Installment Payment Agreement
Commitment: Choosing an installment plan is a commitment to the full price of the membership.
Suspension: If an installment is missed by more than 48 hours, your access to the courses, community, and Live Labs will be suspended until payment is cleared.
Authorization: For card payments, you authorize Paystack to debit your card on the agreed schedule. For bank transfers, you are responsible for sending proof of payment manually.
3. No-Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our proprietary SOPs, blueprints, and live strategies, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after access to the member area has been granted.
4. Intellectual Property All materials, including our “₦10M+ Monthly Spend SOPs” and “Profitable Ad Blueprints,” are the sole property of Bawak Integrated Services Ltd. Recording, downloading (unless permitted), or reselling this content is a legal offense.
5. The Practitioner Rule CourseMastery Academy is a “Live Bridge.” We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content at any time to ensure all strategies reflect the current Meta and TikTok ad landscape.
